This store is operated by RetroGame4U. By visiting retrogame4u.store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

3. Products

Products are printed to order. We try to display colours and finishes accurately, but your screen may show them differently, and printed colour can vary slightly between production runs. Sizes are approximate and may vary by up to 1 inch.

We may change or discontinue any product at any time, and we may limit quantities.

4. Personalization

When you supply custom text, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it is not offensive, unlawful, or infringing. We produce the text exactly as you enter it, including spelling and capitalization. We may refuse and refund any personalization request at our discretion.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We take reasonable care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment is taken at checkout. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or cannot be shipped to your address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Content on this site is provided for general information. We are not obliged to update it, and you rely on it at your own risk.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site that belongs to us — our store name, logo, site text, and layout — may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Product designs remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site's security, or impersonate another person.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
